We ship anywhere in the contiguous US.  Please reach out to us for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Internationally.  If you are local to the Birmingham, Alabama area you are welcome to pick up your order.  Be sure to insert LOCAL at checkout and send us an email to set an appointment for pickup.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept your return. Hazel House must be contacted within 2 days of delivery and ship the rug back within 4 days of receiving it.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Your item must be returned in the original condition with no pet (pet hair) or smoke contact. Once received and inspected a full refund will be issued minus any repair, cleaning or shipping costs within 5 business days.
