Yes! We’d love for you to come visit. We are located in the heart of downtown Homewood, Alabama. Just across the street from Soho.

Do you offer rug approvals?  

Yes. We offer local 24 hour approvals.  The rug must be returned in the same condition that you received it.  There must be no pet (pet hair) or smoke contact.   

Do you offer in-home rug consults?

Yes. If you are in the Birmingham, Alabama area (or short driving distance) we offer home consultations starting at $100.  You’ll receive a detailed review of your measurements, color selections and rug suggestions.  

Do you offer personal rug sourcing?

Yes.  We love the rug hunt and would be honored to personally find one for your home with your fit and style for rugs starting at $400. This service is for local customers AND those from afar.  For inquiries email elizabeth@hazel-house.com.

When will my rug ship?

All rugs will be shipped out within 3 days of payment.
